Black Mountain Symphony is a six-piece progressive folk band from the hill country outside Albany, New York. Multi-instrumentalists, singers and songwriters all, BMS has toured their original compositions throughout New York State, around the Northeast, and across the US, performing alongside acts ranging from Rusted Root to the Young Dubliners to Days of the New.

The Insolent Willie sare an upstate New York roots-rock band known for their hip-shaking mix of quirky, clever original music and unpredictable covers. The band was formed in 2017 by singer-songwriters Bill Ackerbauer (acoustic guitar, harmonica, fiddle, vocals) and Frank DeVer Pullen (bass, mandolin, banjo, vocals), and now includes Paul Gavry (accordion, fiddle, vocals) and Evan Gavry (guitars, percussion, vocals), with occasional appearances by a collection of intrepid fellow travelers. Ron Gutierrez
Ron Gutierrez will be at the Cidery Saturday, December 6th, from 3-6pm!
Ron got his start behind the drum kit at a young age, eventually stepping into the spotlight as both a drummer and vocalist in various bands. After decades of performances, gigs, and shows, he decided it was time for a new chapter, picking up the guitar and diving into a fresh creative direction.
These days, Ron performs as a guitarist and singer as often as possible, all while continuing to play drums, percussion, and craft original songs.

Ron’s musical journey started behind the drums at a young age, eventually leading him into the spotlight as both drummer and vocalist in bands throughout the years. After decades of shows and performances, he picked up the guitar to explore a new creative direction and he hasn’t stopped since!
These days, Ron blends his talents as a guitarist, singer, percussionist, and songwriter, always guided by his motto: “It has to be fun!” Who's coming?
